    This is the slowest darn company ever. They avoid calls from clients. Say they are sending the appraisal and don't. Avoid using this company at all cost. We are waiting for the appraisal so we can close on our house. My family is having to stay in a hotel. Not only can we NOT afford it, but I have a child with autism and a mother with Parkinson's in this hotel room with me and my husband. Oh yeah, and we work full time. So there is no one to help us with them because we are in limbo. I can't enroll my son in school, because I don't have an address. We are buying in a district that doesn't have a hotel and staying in a neighboring school district. I could go on, but I think you get the just of it.

    Worst appraiser every. Gave us the run around about dates for completion and then would not answer our phone calls.
